  Place the watch strap in its original luxury packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned strap, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange selection within 3-5 business days.
